[Editors] Advice on digital voice recorders

Nancy -
Do you have a laptop with an internal mic? I've recorded directly to
my mac laptop using my internal mic. I used a program called SImple
Sound, but I don't think it's available in the newer macs, ie OS X.
I'm pretty sure you can download free audio recording software, though
-- you can probably record sound to iMovie which is on newer
macs...anyway, there are a few options out there to record directly to
your computer, rather than buying an external recorder...
