If you want top-notch, think about Harley Schwadron. You may well  
recognize his work. When I was managing editor of a law-related  
magazine in the '90s, I used Harley. You can tell him specifically  
what you want and he'll do it up. It's been some years, but his fee  
was quite reasonable back then. http://www.schwadroncartoons.com/ -  
although may be more than "(some) money." Worth putting in your  
virtual Rolodex, though.
