[Editors] AFTERMATH is now available

A few months ago I sent you a notice that A YEAR AGO IN WINTER, the  
film based on my book AFTERMATH, was about to premiere at the Toronto  
International Film Festival, and promised (threatened?) to alert you  
again as soon as the book was published.

I'm pleased to report at last that the book is now available.  You  
can read about it and, if you want, order copies at my website,  
scottcampbellbooks.com.

You'll also find updates on the film there – it's been nominated for  
Best Picture in the German 'Oscars' (along with Best Actor, Best  
Music and Best Editing) and in January it won Best Director and Best  
Young Performer in the Bavarian Film Awards.  It's due to be released  
in the US this summer or fall; I'll be sure to let you know.

My spiffy new website also features some gratuitous background on me  
and details on my other books – feel free to order them too! – along  
with excerpts, blurbs, reflections on the experience of writing them  
and links to recent press clips.

There's also a blog that's just getting started that I hope to use as  
a place to post interesting musings I come across about the writing  
process; just as soon as I get around to it.

In the meantime, if you do get a copy of AFTERMATH (or of TOUCHED or  
WIDOWER), I hope you'll find the read worthwhile; I'd be interested  
to hear your reaction.   And thanks for putting up with these  
unsolicited notices.
