[Editors] Editing needed

I've received the following inquiry from Prof. Dick Larson. If you know of
any excellent editors who would enjoy working with one of MIT's top
professors, please have him/her contact Dick directly at rclarson at mit.edu.

I am looking for a professional editor to turn this paper into one that can
be submitted to a journal.  The paper will go thru one more round of content
revision before it is ready for editing (about one month from now).

Do either of you know of a person who is a good professional editor for
material like this, which is a combination of policy and quantitative
material?
