[Editors] Question on MIT email communications policy

Dear Editors,

Does anyone know of any MIT policies for email communications?  OCW is
planning a celebration for November 28, 2007 and we'd like to send out a
Save the Date email this week to the participating MIT faculty and other MIT
constituents (about 1600 people to start).  If anyone can point us to rules
or resources, it'd be much appreciated!
