notice from Professor Paradis about an intern from the Writing 
Program looking for assignments.

I have a talented MIT senior who is interested in getting experience working
on a publication.  She has lots of experience, and she would like very much to
find a situation in which she could devote 10 hours per week for the spring
semester to help out on a local bulletin, newsletter, or other publication.
For this, she would get credit for the Writing Program's undergraduate
internship course, so she would be free.  Our writing students have proved to
be immensely useful to many publications over the years.  Not only are they
excellent writers, but they know computing and can be very helpful.

If you know of anyone or think anyone on this list might have need for free
help, I'd appreciate a note, and I'll put the student into contact with that
person.
