Public Relations Summer Intern

Learn the ropes of PR and communications in fast-paced university 
news office. Update media contacts database, maintain story lists, 
research new publications and media outlets, help put together MIT 
experts guide, overall assistance with events, PR campaigns and major 
initiatives.

The total hours are flexible, but a regular schedule and basic 
commitment of time this summer are expected.

Some college experience including study/work towards degree in 
communications/public relations preferred. Experience searching 
web-based databases and sites is very helpful. Must have excellent 
grammar, spelling and attention to detail.
