[Editors] Recommendation for Good Technical Illustrator?

Dear Fellow Editors,

Can anyone recommend a talented technical illustrator?  I am looking 
for someone who can create an exciting illustration of our future 
Soldier battlesuit, something that is dynamic and eye-catching and 
also shows callouts of some of our technologies.
