[Editors] Boston Globe: Course Offerings??

Hello: The Boston Globe magazine is doing a piece on interesting and 
quirky course offerings this fall at various local universities. Does 
anything come to mind? They're more interested in undergrad. than 
graduate courses, but I'd be interested to hear about anything that 
strikes your fancy. Many thanks for quick help; they are on a tight
