[Editors] notary public?

Hi Tamarleigh,

I believe Daniel Jacobs (dljacobs at MIT.EDU, 452-3408, 12-090), who is a 
Legal Assistant in the Senior Counsel's Office is a notary.  I also think I 
saw him during my lunch time walk, so he may still be in today.
