Hi all,

Google has a new service some of you might find handy called Google alerts.

Google will search News and the Web for you on a weekly, daily, or "as it
happens" basis, and send you email when your keywords, e.g. "MIT" or
"underwater basket weaving" turn up.

I signed up for it last night, and have already gotten 4 alerts with a total of
16 News mentions of MIT, so you might want to make your search terms quite
specific to avoid being inundated.
