[Editors] computer question

	I have been upgraded to OS X and all-new programs in 
everything, given how obsolete I had become. The new Eudora 6.1 
displays a 2x2 inch ad on the screen which changes every few minutes. 
So far I can't make it go in the trash, it can't be clicked off or 
covered up with another document on the screen, and I can't shove it 
off the margins. The young man who set up the machine didn't know how 
to get rid of it. Can anyone offer suggestions?
