Hello, all----

Please forgive the attempt at nepotism, but:

My brother, who in mid-life is finishing a PhD in History at Cornell 
(he's writing about US educators in the Philippines at the turn of 
the century), is looking for freelance editing work this summer/fall.

Peter is a long-time science writer and editor (Columbia Journalism, 
Rockefeller University, The Concord Monitor, Howard Hughes Medical 
Publishing, In Touch magazine) who's had a great gig with a biotech 
consulting company, one that allowed him plenty of time to work on 
his dissertation.  Alas, the company just folded, so he could use an 
assignment or two to help cover some expenses into the fall, while he 
finishes his book.

If you hear of anything, could you let me know?  I'd be appreciative.
