Hello,

You are invited to the ITAG Lunch Time Seminar in the Student
Center 20 Chimneys Room (W20-3rd floor) at noon on Wednesday
June 9th. Cecilia d'Oliveira, the Technology Director for
MIT OpenCourseWare will be speaking. The abstract for her
talk is included below. The complimentary pizza lunch will
be at noon with the talk following at about 12:30 PM. You may
pass this invitation to others at MIT whom you think might be
interested in the topic.

Abstract:

MIT OpenCourseWare (http://ocw.mit.edu) is a free and open
educational resource for faculty, students, and self-learners around
the world. OCW supports MIT's mission to advance knowledge and
education, and serve the world in the 21st century. OCW is a
publishing initiative not a technology project -- but our technical
infrastructure is essential to the publishing process. This talk
will bring you up to date on the status of the OCW project and will
give you some insight into the OCW publishing process and the systems
we use to support our work.
