[ecco-support] Unable to download file from PO.DAAC

Hello,

I am trying to download ECCOv4 release 5 data from the PO.DAAC ECCO drive.
Specifically, I want to download temperature/salinity netcdf lat/lon
monthly files. However, I am unable to download the 2014-11 file. The
download stops at 12.4 out of 20 MB. All other files are downloadable
without issues.
