[ecco-support] access to model data

Hello,
I'm trying to access model data from here:

https://ecco.jpl.nasa.gov/drive/files/ECCO2/LLC1080_REG_AMS

But I keep getting a Privacy error. With Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from ecco.jpl.nasa.gov (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more about this warning
Net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID

Which is a bit strange, this can be my end or yours so that's why I'm checking. It's been over a week so I  wondered if it is normal.
