Specifically, while I managed to find input_bin, TBADJ and various other data related to the physical model, I could not find data related to biogeochemistry that are referred to in the data* files. This includes the iron flux (CESM-MIMI_1980-2015_CAM4-6MEAN_MonthlyDep_Hamiltonetal2020_clim.R4_144x96x12.bin) and files related to oasim.

I’d suggest you run Darwin v05 which is optimized/published;
While the link you listed above is for Darwin v06 which is still in optimization.
