[ecco-support] Vertical layer thickness for ECCO Version 4 Release 4 (V4r4)

Hi there,

Hoping this is an easy answer... as a newcomer to the ECCO model, I'm trying to find some reliable documentation reporting the thickness of vertical layers in monthly-averaged output.  I've seen some indication that near-surface layers are thinner deeper ones (10 m down to 150 m depth), but the article reporting this was a bit strange, and I can't find the actual reported thicknesses in the peer-reviewed documentation provided on-line.  Would appreciate any help someone could provide.
