[ecco-support] Issue with Downloading ECCO Datasets - Request for Assistance

Dear Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I encountered while attempting to download ECCO datasets using Python, following the instructions provided in the ECCO Version 4 Python Tutorial (Tutorial 4.4.1) documentation.

I have been following the steps outlined in the tutorial located at the following URL: [https://ecco-v4-python-tutorial.readthedocs.io/Downloading_ECCO_Datasets_from_PODAAC_Python.html#Download-the-granules]. However, I have encountered the following error message during the execution of my script: "Exception: HTTP Basic: Access denied."

I have double-checked my username and password for the Earthdata Login, and they are correct. Additionally, I verified that the credentials are valid by clicking on the link generated by the script, which successfully allowed me to download the file. Despite this, I am unable to download the datasets programmatically using Python.

I have attached my Python script to this email for your reference. Could you please review it and provide guidance on resolving this issue? I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions you may have.Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I look forward to your prompt response.
