[ecco-support] ECCOv4 bathymetry

Andy,

Gael Forget (cc’d here) prepared the bathymetry used for ECCO v4r1,r2, r3, and r4.   For v4r5, we blended the r4 bathymetry with GEBCO 2020 around Antarctica to bring in ice-shelf cavities.
