Dear Dr. Wang Ou,
Sorry for the late reply, I thought I hadn't passed the verification.
IT IS HELPFUL! My system is Windows, but I followed what you said to find ‘save link as’, I right click on the link, there is a option named it. I click it and the browser start download the file with a suffix '.txt', that's fine, i could just delete it cause the file is not a txt file.
Thank you very much!
Shiqiang.

At this time I don?t know what exactly causes this issue, but I found one way to get around it. When clicking the file, I hold the ?Ctrl? key (for Mac). A small window would pop up. Then I choose ?Save link as?, which would save the file to the local disk. Or similarly, once the web browser automatically opens the files (showing weird characters), I hold ?Ctrl? and click it, which allows me to save the files.
