[ecco-support] Error 502 when trying to access files

Hi,
I am running into some errors when trying to access the ECCO drive. I'm 
able to log in, but when I try to open 
https://ecco.jpl.nasa.gov/drive/files I get the error "502 proxy error". 
I include a screenshot. Is this a known issue?
