[ecco-support] ECCO v4r2

Neil,

MIT's server which hosts "older" ECCO products, including release 2 of ECCO version 4, is on its way back online. It required updating some DNS entries with the internet provider, following some changes at MIT. These updates are still propagating through the system, which may take a few more days.

In the meantime, a backup server at UT Austin's Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) holds all releases of Version 4:
