[ecco-support] ECCO v4 sea level pressure

I think I should know this already, but is there any sea level pressure
diagnsotic for ECCO v4?

Also, I noticed the new diagnostics EXFuwind and EXFvwind.  Are these
diagnostics for the rotated wind located at the cell center?
