[ecco-support] Why I cannot connect to ecco2 ftp

Kun, are you attempting to access ftp://ecco2.jpl.nasa.gov/ ?
Unfortunately JPL network security decided to take the site down temporarily.
We are working on paperwork to have it reinstated.
