[ecco-support] About the Invalid Link

hello, dear Sir/Madam,
  I am student from China, when I want to download the Estimating the Circulation & Climate of the Ocean's producus, I found the link of ECCO-V4(Release 3, 1992-2015) was invalid.  So could you please provide a vaild URL for me?
