Gibies,
To answer your questions:
1) The T and specific humidity at 2 m are provided as flat binary files on the model's native grid.
2) You'll have to convert them to netcdf if you want them in that format.
3) Currently we provide output for the net air-sea heat and freshwater flux, not the individual terms. Your requ
While we are not currently providing exactly what you need, your request is very useful to us. Indeed, I think that our adjusted atmospheric state as well as the individual terms of air-sea fluxes should be provided to users as netcdf files in the 13-tile format that we use when providing every other non-interpolated field.
Please give us a few days to see if we can add these fields to our output and share them with you.
Best regards,
Ian Fenty

I could find temperature and specific humidity at 2m
"ftp://mit.ecco-group.org/ecco_for_las/version_4/release2/input_forcing"
But, I would like to get latent heat and sensible heat fluxes. Is it available ?

Thank you very much.
I could locate the input forcing at path "ftp://mit.ecco-group.org/ecco_for_las/version_4/release2/input_forcing"
But how can I convert those files to NetCDF.
best regards

Gibies,
You will find ECCO output from this website:
http://ecco-group.org/products.htm
The latest release is called ECCO-V4 Release 2
ftp://mit.ecco-group.org/ecco_for_las/version_4/release2/
Our standard output does include 3-day fields of salt and temperature tendencies (dS/dt) and the individual terms of their respective tracer evolution equations (diffusion, advection, and forcing).
ftp://mit.ecco-group.org/ecco_for_las/version_4/release2/nctiles_tendencies/README
If you want to go deeper than simply the tendency terms, we have monthly-mean output of the individual components of the tracer evolution equations here:
ftp://mit.ecco-group.org/ecco_for_las/version_4/release2/nctiles_monthly/
Output is provided in netcdf in the form 13 tiles. Each tiles spans 90x90 grid cells. Grid information in in the nctiles_grid directory.
Documentation can be found here:
ftp://mit.ecco-group.org/ecco_for_las/version_4/release2/doc/

We do not have 3 or 5 day output

Dear Sir,
I have to do some Mixed layer heat budget analysis using ECCO data.
For that, I need ECCO output as well as surface forcing file.
Is there some daily data available?
If not at last 3day or 5day, please help me to locate the correct data path.
