[ecco-support] Downloading ECCOv4-r2 climatology

Hi Dan,

not sure what happened there.

These files can be accessed either via ftp:
ftp://mit.ecco-group.org/ecco_for_las/version_4/release2/
(and I checked that the sub-dir. nctiles_climatology/ is there),

or via DODS/OPENDAP:
http://mit.ecco-group.org/opendap/ecco_for_las/version_4/release2/contents.html
(again, looks like all files are there).
