[ecco-support] Access for ECCO2 FTP SERVER

Hi,

It seems that the ECCO2 server (both for FTP and Opendap) is not
accessible.

This product is gridded on 0.25*0.25 resolution and is widely used for
ocean energetics analysis. Please help me to get access to this product.
