[ecco-support] ECCO v4 release 1 : repository update

Dear All,

I have updated the README.docx file @
http://mit.ecco-group.org/opendap/ecco_for_las/version_4/release1/contents.html
to reflect and document additions to the repository that were made since the Feb. 2014:
- MITprof_release1 : insitu model-data misfit files from pkg/profiles.
- nctiles_budg : monthly mass (volume), heat and salt budgets.
- nctiles_climatology : monthly 1992-2011 climatology of release1.
- nctiles_grid : grid parameters (XC, YC, RAC, etc.) in nctiles format.
- ancillary_data/eccov4_lonlat.m : stand-alone routine to extract
  the longitude-latitude sector out of nctiles files.
- ancillary_data/getting_started.m : Example matlab program using 
  gcmfaces to display state estimate (provided by Ou Wang @ JPL).

As a side note, files that were soft-linked to the repository have 
now been hard-copied to facilitate mass recursive downloads.
