[Dspace-general] Celebrate Open Access Week With DuraSpace and 200 Sites Worldwide

More than 200 sites around the globe will mark Open Access Week 2009,  
October 19-23, by sharing events and resources to raise awareness  
about the concept of Open Access—the idea that all research should be  
freely accessible online, immediately after publication. To show your

To celebrate Open Access Week, DuraSpace, which provides open  
technologies for durable digital content, has released a package of  
tools and resources to help information managers everywhere make their  
digital information freely available, accessible and durable (http://duraspace.org/oaweek.php 
) that includes:

     • Tools for Decision-makers: DuraSpace Open Technologies spec  
sheets for DSpace, Fedora Commons & Mulgara

     • Inspiration: Stories from DuraSpace/SPARC Open Access Week
