[Dspace-general] Editing bitstreams by non-administrators

HI,
If anyone has experience giving non-administrators the ability to edit bitstreams (we're using 1.5.1), would you please contact me off-list?  I have a set of somewhat ill-formed questions to ask as I'm not able to get this operation to work.  I'd like to discuss setting up these policies with someone who has some experience.
