[Mr Havercamp]

- Check your tomcat logs, is there any abnormal behaviour?

- Try measuring download speeds with a tool such as Firebug for Firefox. 
Perhaps there is an image or stylesheet that is not being downloaded 
correctly.

- Is your repository publicly accessible? If so, what is the URL?
