[Dspace-general] digital image collections

Cathy,
Here are some image databases in DSpace that I have come across:
http://cushing.tamu.edu/collections/images/ this one uses the xml user interface I believe
http://images.swinburne.edu.au/ this one is good too.
What I know about the difference is that with dspace you need to be a technolgy person or have a technology staff who can configure what you need whereas with contentdm all the technology stuff is already done for you and all you have to do is make the best use of it to represent your collection.
