[Dspace-general] No value Specified for parameter 2

Dear all, 

Recently we have been receiving a lot of Internal Server errors on Dspace
with the message below:

Exception:
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: No value specified for parameter 2
at org.postgresql.core.QueryExecutor.sendQueryV3(QueryExecutor.java:313)
...
...

I traced it down to be a problem with the JDBC driver for postgres, but are there any workarounds for
DSpace concerning this matter? Does anyone else have faced a similar problem?
