[Dspace-general] Add-on: Add pdf cover page

Hi All,
is there an add-on for Dspace that can add a pdf cover page to an uploaded pdf? something like http://files.eprints.org/36/ (for Eprints)
I think I've seen it mentioned for Dspace a couple of months ago, but now I can't find anything about it.

What we would like to do is to add a custom cover page containing university logo and address + some metadata from the archived item. Eg. Author, title, journal, doi, citation information, license etc.
