[Dspace-general] one translation question

 Hi All:
  I am a chinese librarian.I am trying to translat DSpace 1.5.1Beta1 Manual
into simplified chinese.
So i have a question about translation,if I   publish the manual  which have
been translated into simplified Chinese(eg:book,paper..),do I need some
license or permission or signing contract?
