[Dspace-general] permission to link

Hi folks,
   One of our submitters asked his publisher (Cambridge) to link to the DSpace content from its web site for the book, but the publisher will not do so without first receiving the university's permission, preferably in writing.  Has anyone else had a question like this and is there a boiler plate for saying you do not need permission to link?  Thanks.
