the problem with the names of the subdirectories of the items is now solved.i had to pay attention  the name of the file "contents" (it's "contents", not "contents.txt") 
now, i suppose that i want to import a webpage as an item using the itemimporter from the command line.
Must all the files that consist the webpage be stored at the same level/depth of the subdirectory? 
And is there any way for a simple user (not admin) who has the rights to submit to a collection to insert items with multiple files using batch import tools?

D:/import_item_test1, the test run was ok,as following:

***End of Test Run ***

But when i run the same command without the test flag, the item isn't inserted in dspace, only an empty mapfile is generated....

seems as if the source directory you specified is not valid, check the 
source path specified with the -s option.
