[Dspace-general] problem with "install- configs"

Hello Anna,
you need to run [dspace]/bin/install-config only if you changed
configuration properties for third party tools. That are all the
configuration properties in dspace.cfg which start with "config." e.g.:
config.template.log4j.properties = ${dspace.dir}/config/log4j.properties.
see [dspace-source]/docs/configure.html#templates
In order to run install-config on windows simply run
[dspace]/bin/dsrun.bat org.dspace.core.ConfigurationManager -installTemplate
