[Dspace-general] DSUG Meeting 2007: registration + hotel reservation + accompaning person

Hi all,

For those of you who have not yet done so, we would like to invite you to
register for the meeting at soon as possible. Over 50 participants have
registered to date and we will close registration when we reach 100
participants.

Registration fee
With reference to the payment of registration fee (150 Eur) we would
appreciate if you could pay your fee before October 3 which the last of date
for payment. If payment has not been received by October 10 (we allow a week
for bank operations) your registration will be deleted. We will send you a
reminder message in 2 weeks time. Instructions about payment are reported on
the website. CASPUR will notify you upon receipt of payment and will issue
out an invoice that you will pick up at registration desk.

Hotel Reservation
We would also invite you to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible
as October is a busy month in Rome. Some of you have already mentioned that
are having problems in finding a room. If so please do not hesitate to
contact the secretariat, we will help you to find an alternative solution.

Accompaning person
For those of you who are planning to have an accompaning person for the
social events, please contact the secretariat.
