Hi all

Peter Suber's OA News blog recently led me to this paper:

Dion Hoe-Lian Goh and five co-authors, A checklist for evaluating open
source digital library software, Online Information Review, 30, 4
(2006), pp. 360-379.

As Peter comments, the omission of DSpace from the packages studied is
puzzling, given that Eprints and Fedora were included.

All the same, the checklist in the published article seems very thorough
and informative. Has anyone else looked at this paper with DSpace in
mind; or know of any comparable comparative studies of the main
contenders (D,E,F,G...)?

Cheers!

Richard
