[Dspace-general] Moving items from one collection to another

The functionality to move items around using the web interface is not in
DSpace presently, as far as I can tell.

Good, preserving the handle is not that important now, the whole dspace 
is only at the early building stage.  Thanks for your answer, it's clear 
how to do it as an administrator but, can users move items between 
collections?  I mean, not just make them belong to more than one, but 
actually changing the owning collection.

Should they upload a document with all its metadata to the wrong 
collection in the future, the only solution is to export/delete/import 
outside the web interface?  (short of expunging it and entering 
everything again)
