[Dspace-general] unfinished submissions

Does anyone know if the administrator of a Dspace can see somewhere (but where ?) the unfinished submissions started by submitters ? 
Our administrator tried to remove a collection from our Dspace (which is still in test) and was allowed to do even though there were several unfinished submissions in this collection. There has been no warning message.
