[Dspace-general] the way of collecting items.

Hi all,

I'm providing localized DSpace to prevail the digital archive soft ware in 
japan . As you know we just started the history of IR so that we are behind 
most of you. Now most of the staffs here in charge of their IRs are having a 
trouble how they can collect items practically in the future.
Is there anyone succeeded in collecting items show me any cases or tips for 
the trouble?
If you feel the questions is not suitable in this field please ignore it.
