No problem at all.  Either deploy the WAR files for your second instance 
under different names (e.g. dspace2.war dspace2-oai.war) (being sure to 
keep track of which config goes with which instance, and which live 
directory is which), or deploy 2 instances of tomcat running on 
different ports (e.g. 8080 and 8180)
