[Dspace-general] Blank Screen After "Upload A File"

After I select a file on the "Upload A File" page and click Next, I get
a blank browser (IE 6.0) page.  Any suggestions as to what the problem
may be?  This happens to all submitters, regardless of the file type
being submitted.
