Dear Dorm Residents,

We're looking for people that care about MIT to take the lead on important
projects during the coming year. Do you complain about how "the admins" at
MIT act? Make your voice heard, and make MIT a better place.

* The Residence Exploration (REX) committee plans DormCon's activities
during REX. Be the person that makes this year's East and West parties
happen. It's a crash course in diplomacy, leadership, mediation, and event
planning.

* The i3 coordinator compiles the i3 package that gets sent out to
first-year students every year. You'll design the DVD, lay out the booklet,
and coordinate the dorm i3 chairs. This person is an employee of Housing/SLP
and is compensated as such.

* The dining chair sits on the Campus Dining Advisory Board and works with
individual dorms' dining chairs to improve the dining experience for dorm
residents.

Interested applicants should mail dormcon-exec at mit.edu

Thanks,
Harvey Jones and David Nedzel
DormCon President and VP

The MIT Dormitory Council (DormCon) advocates for all undergraduate dorm
residents. Our meetings are held biweekly and are open to all dorm residents
-- we discuss housing, REX, i3, dining, and many other issues. Email
dormcon-exec at mit.edu for more information or if you would like to be added
to our mailing list.

This email was sent to dorms at mit.edu, a list of all undergraduate dorm
residents. We'll use it from time to time for important announcements, and
we promise not to waste your time with huge attachments or HTML mail.
