[Dev-flock] staging successfully migrated to postgre, production on the way

yo,

In the last 24 hrs you may have noticed that staging was down (eit).
It has now been migrated to postgresql instead of mysql. It is also
showing the latest from the repo. It is showing data from production
24hrs ago.
  (pepe -- oh yeah, you can't count on staging data being persistent
or valid or anything. I could provide an admin feature for staging
only that permitted resetting the database if that makes the data
input tests easier. It's fine to just add random numbers onto labels
to make them unique, tho.)

Tonight I will do the same for production, both in terms of db
migration and code latestness. (and it  will use it's own latest data
of course)
