[Dev-flock] commit emails and how not to get them

yo,

dev-flock now gets sent commit emails whenever someone commits to the
repo. these emails come from
    svn at thoughtandmemory.org
if you don't want all these emails cluttering your inbox you can now
easily filter them out based on the from field.

also, i have no idea why i thought it was a good idea to send sms
debug info to dev-flock for every sms received. yeah, that's what the
log file is for. done. no more query.debug or cocoa.debug messages
will clutter your inbox.
